Azerbaijan is our home ground. Modern Baku sells city breaks, incentives and congresses, while Sheki, Shamakhi and Gobustan add culture and wine — all within a few hours of the capital.

Logistics & entry

What your team needs before quoting. Rules change — we confirm the current status on every booking.

Visa
E-visa for most nationalities

Issued online via the official ASAN portal, usually within three working days. Some nationalities enter visa-free — we check every passport at booking.

Getting there
Fly into Baku (GYD)

Heydar Aliyev International has direct flights from Istanbul, the Gulf and major European hubs.

Borders
Entry by air only

Land borders remain closed to tourist entry. Guests who arrived by air may leave overland to Georgia — that is how our combined routes run.

Getting around
Our own fleet

Sedans to 50-seat coaches with licensed drivers; Baku to Sheki is about five hours by road.

Best season
April–June · September–November

Mild spring and autumn; summer suits Baku and the Caspian, winter suits city and MICE programs.
